Spotted Photo: Pairs

I’m joining Hannah again this month for her Spotted Photo Theme. This month, the theme is pairs. Here are some photos I found:

The girls warming their toes after a day of skiing
Dragonfly wings my daughter found in the garden.
A pair of car towers at Volswagon’s Wolfsburg plant
Eastern Ospreys nesting on a power pole at Noosa Heads. Every time I visit, I try to swing past and see if they are there.

I found this a much harder theme to find photos for, I guess I just don’t have a lot of photos of pairs.

  1. My favourite is the girls and their striped shirts. Too cute!!!

Also, when I saw the title of your blog post I thought it said PARIS. So I was confused when I saw the first picture and then realized…it’s PAIRS, not PARIS – hahaha. That’ll teach me not to speed read…

  2. I love the girls wearing their feet by the fire too. So cute. I can imagine that pairs might be a tough theme to tackle. I have some photos of when I’ve emptied our mudroom back in the day . . . there were tons of pairs there, thus me emptying the mudroom “Who is wearing all of these shoes and get rid of the ones you aren’t wearing!” There were also a ton of solo shoes, which left me scratching my head. How do you lose a shoe? 😉

  3. I think you did a really nice job with this! All of those photos are perfect for the theme!

  4. Love all these photos, Melissa! Such great variety of at home and out and about feels. My favorite is the wing photo, such intimate and sweet capture of a moment of childhood. But I also like seeing cool architecture, like those car towers. So glad you wanted to play along again!

I agree, “pairs” is a harder theme, not because I don’t have plenty of photos of couples and pairs, but because those are not as easy to share online without permission. Cheers!
