NaBloPoMo 2023

A big shout to San for once again hosting NaBloPoMo. I participated for the first time last year and “met” so many lovely, engaged bloggers. It was also the impetus to finally restart regular posting on this new blog of mine.

If you are new here, hello. My name is Melissa and I live in the bayside suburb of Brighton in Melbourne, Australia. I have three adult kids, one of whom who still lives at home with my husband and I. I work casual hours from home in my husbands business and enjoy running, reading, photography and good food. I’m also curious about a lot of things. My blog tag line, from a poem by Mary Oliver, gives you a good idea of what to expect when you visit here.

I wasn’t going to join NaBloPoMo this year because we are travelling for most of November but I just couldn’t resist so here we are. I expect many of my posts will be about our travels with a few of my regular posts thrown in. I may miss a day. I do look forward to popping in to everyone else’s blogs but I’ll probably look at visiting a couple of blogs a day and doing a catch up while I’m there. All my posting and commenting will be from my iPad so I hope you will forgive my typos etc., I find it much easier to write on my computer but we are travelling carryon so no computer for me this holiday.

Are you doing NaBloPoMo this year?
